Anxiety and Depression Affecting More Young People

More and More Young people are coming into see practitioners like Dr Marita to deal with issues of anxiety, depression and stress. Walk with Your Friend and Reduce Depression

A recent study of 2000 people in England has found that going for a walk with other people in nature may lower your stress levels and reduce your risk of depression.  Researchers found that people who had recently experienced a high level of stress such as job loss, breakups, illness or death of a loved one or family member had a significant mood boost after walking in groups outdoors.
