Sinus Problems may cause Sleep Apnea

A recent study published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine has found that people with sleep apnea had 14% less maximum oxygen in a fitness test than people that didn't have sleep apnea. The researchers also found that people with sleep apnea are more likely to be overweight or obese, and thus less fit, and that that people with sleep apnea had poorer aerobic fitness than those in the comparison group, even if they were the same body size.
