Herbion Naturals Cold & Flu Remedy Herbal Granules – Lemon Flavour contains 10 individually portioned sachets (5.4 g each), prepared as a warm drink by dissolving in hot water or tea.
Recommended use: Licorice is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints such as catarrh, cough and bronchitis.
Directions (adults): Take one sachet three times daily. Dissolve the contents in a cup of hot water or tea and sip slowly. Take two hours before or after other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond two weeks.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cane sugar, lemon flavour.
Medicinal ingredients per sachet: White willow bark 750 mg; Indian gooseberry fruit 400 mg; Malabar nut leaf 300 mg; Licorice root 200 mg; Wild violet leaf 105 mg; Tea leaf 100 mg; Valerian rhizome 100 mg; Sweet fennel fruit 75 mg; L-menthol 5.2 mg; Eucalyptus oil 4 mg.
