TAPIOCA LARGE PEARL 400 G WESTPOINT
Pearled tapioca is obtained by a light hydrothermal process (pregelification) of tapioca starch. The granulated tapioca has a regular viscosity and becomes stiff at a relatively low temperature. The pearls are white to off-white in colour, flavourless and with no off odours. It is a mild, non-acidic foodstuff that is especially easy to digest.
