Turbinado is a type of brown sugar obtained in a natural manner with almost no processing. It presents itself in large crystals with a light tan colour. Turbinado also contains a moderate amount of molasses, for which it is sometimes considered as a crossover between Organic Cane Sugar and Demarara Style Brown Sugar.
