Cataract Relief
"I am
76 years of age. In the spring of 2002 I developed shingles on the right side of
my head. Not long after, I woke up one morning and I did not have full vision in
my left eye. I made an appointment with the eye doctor and he thought
I
should also see an eye specialist and booked me for September 2002. I thought I
should have acupuncture to ease some pain. With acupuncture and Chinese herbs, I
was relieved of some pain. In June 2002, as a subscriber to Health
and Healing, I received my monthly letter from Dr. Whitaker to say that we now
have Forward Plus in Burlington. As soon as I was able to
get it, I started to take Forward Plus.
In August 2002 I showed the acupuncturist the tablets Dr. Whitaker puts out – Vision
Essentials. We agreed that I should try them. In September I saw the eye
specialist and he told me that I had a cataract in my left eye that required an
operation and booked to see him in March 2003.
I
continued taking Forward Plus and Vision
Essentials, as well as having one acupuncture treatment every three months.
My
vision improved so much that in the middle of March I cancelled my appointment
with the eye specialist to have surgery.
I
did not have surgery to correct the cataract. I am now able to drive and see all
stop signs and read without eyeglasses. Dr. Whitaker’s Vision Essentials saved
me from eye surgery, and for that I am very grateful and thankful.”

“About
18 years ago I experienced unusual disturbances in my vision when driving the
car, which turned out to be Glaucoma.
Blindness
often follows because the high pressure causes damage to the nerve fibres, rods
and cones in the retina. The medical
treatment
I received consisted of eye drops, laser treatment and surgery to reduce my eye
pressure. However, when I had my
frequent
checkups, I learned that there was on-going damage, encroaching close to the
central vision area of my left eye.

walking
