Amy
Amy is always smiling and has a contagious cheerful attitude. She is helpful and knowledgeable with products in our store. She is always available to answer any of your questions and assist you in finding the product you are looking for (if available in our store).

Annie Office Manager, Health Book Manager
Annie comes from Alberta but came to us directly from the convent. She runs our health book department and does many day to day jobs to ensure our store continues to run efficiently. Call Annie if you want to order health books.

Caitriona
Caitriona constantly wears a smile and can get you the information or the products that you need! She loves to talk about and show our many different care products and makeup lines.

Catherine
Catherine is Dave's sister and comes and helps out in the store. She loves to put stuff away and keep Darlene on her toes!

Cyndi - Registered Acupuncturist
Cyndi shares her knowledge of both eastern and western methods of healing when she can tear herself away from her flourishing acupuncture practice, Dragonfly Acupuncture. Cyndi can often be found in our herb and vitamin aisles. Cyndi's favourite product is GlucoSmart, and if you come in she would love to tell you more about it.

Dave Managing Partner Chartered Herbalist
Dave loves to have fun, but has to work sometimes. Dave therefore hires people who are better at their jobs than he is. Dave helped start the store in 1988 with Louis and Rolande Matte. He attributes the success of the store to the great people who have worked in the stores over the years and to the fantastic customers many of whom have become friends.

Darlene Chartered Herbalist
Darlene was born in California and her sunny disposition and healthy attitude make our aisles bright and fresh. Darlene is an excellent herbalist and has helped many people on their way to better health.
Darlene has just recently retired, and will be missed!

Deirdre
Deirdre is one of our young members and you will get great
customer service from her! She is always polite, smiling and very helpful. |

Diane Fuller: D.hom. (UK)
Diane, Dave's mother, is one of our newer assets to the team! She is an experienced homeopath and can be found on a Saturday from 1-3. She will muscle test you and find the right product for your body. Diane also loves to teach about the different aspects of homeopathic remedies and self-muscle testing methods.

Emy
Emy is one of those people who is the backbone of our store. Emy keeps our shelves full and our coffeepot empty. You will always find Emy smiling and cheerful and always ensuring that those special orders are filled. Emy came to our store via the Phillipines. Emy's favourite product is Serrapeptase and she would love to share more about it with you!

Forrest
Forrest is the newest member to our staff! Forrest is constantly working hard and is always willing to lend a hand. He will help you make sure that you find the product that you are looking for. Forrest is always working hard to keep our produce ship-shape and our shelves stocked and looking clean.

Jody
Jody is a great help around the store, and is learning much to be able to help you find what you are looking for. Jody especially loves opening boxes to see what is in them, and she'll let you know when the phone is ringing (in case you didn't hear it).

Joey is our very helpful employee who is always doing back stock, restocking our coolers, and making sure that the store stays in top-tip shape. Joey is willing to help with any questions you may have, or find someone that can.

Josephine Chartered Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Bach Flower Remedy Expert, Teacher, and Grocery Manager.
Josephine comes to us from the Isle of Man and knows more than most of the men in the store. Josephine is our Grocery Manager and runs our health and beauty department. Her pleasant demeanor makes her fun to work with and she can also be seen around town performing Celtic music with her band.

Kathy Store Manager, Chartered Herbalist
Kathy is the backbone of our operation and can be found helping customers, solving problems, and making sure that everything is running smoothly. Kathy is a fantastic herbalist and we regularly get customers coming back and telling us the great results she has helped them achieve.

Larry Cheerleader, Motivational Speaker
Another Dub, Larry comes to the store regularly to clean up after Dave and keep him on his toes. Larry likes to pose for the cameras and make sure that things are spiffy clean for all the customers of the day.

Louis and Rolande Matte
Louis is a legend in his own time for his business ventures. He and his wife Rolande founded the store with Dave and persevered through the years to help build the stores to what they are today.

Madeleine is one of our young, enthusiastic, hard working staff! She loves to help out customers and make sure our Baker Extrordinaire Cookies and Bread are ready to go on a Saturday morning

Maggie Religious Book and Gift Department Manager, Chartered Herbalist
Maggie knows her stuff and is not afraid to tell you about it. Maggie keeps Dave in his place. Maggie is also the expert in where to find religious books, gifts or supplies and will go to the end of the earth to help her customers.

Maureen T Accounts Payable
If you want your bills paid quickly you don't make Maureen mad. Maureen is in charge of our accounts payable as well as being a force to reckon with on the floor. Maureen is currently standing in as Produce and Dairy Manager too! Watch out or she'll be running the whole store on her own soon!

Mel is a chartered herbalist who knows her stuff well. Mel is fantastic at customer service and is always ready to help make your experience in our stores informative, fun and interesting!

Marie was part of the original team that opened Ave Maria . Marie is always cheerful and looking to help whoever needs it. She is a Chartered Herbalist giving excellent customer service in both stores.

Rachael
Rachael started working at the store before the doors were even opened and has been a blessing ever since. Rachael knows the ins and outs of the store better even than Dave and currently operates as our bookkeeper!
